Deacom leverages proven implementation methods and tools to ensure a seamless, on-time implementation. One of the biggest hurdles to implementation is your day job – our implementation process leverages both remote and on-site services to allow your best people to do their day jobs and successfully implement the DEACOM software. Each Deacom implementation team also includes a Deacom support specialist to assure that the transition from implementation to support is seamless. The success of our implementation methods is demonstrated by the fact that Deacom has never had a failed process based implementation in its history.

Support

The DEACOM support team provides on-demand support to ensure that you realize all the benefits of the DEACOM solution. All support team members are Deacom employees based out of our headquarters and have substantial DEACOM experience. Each support issue is logged in DEACOM’s Support Tracker and is visible to you throughout their life cycle. If you feel a support issue is not being handled correctly by a support specialist, the Deacom management team is always available to escalate an issue.

The support team is also available to review your organization’s requests for enhancements to the DEACOM software. All requests are thoroughly reviewed by Deacom and, if approved, are built into the DEACOM software.
